I thought it might be useful to create a resource page that you can always come to for all your cardio training needs. I’ll continue to add to it as new resources are discovered.

Visual Impact Cardio – This is currently one of the most popular cardio training programs on the market. The program was created by Rusty Moore, who is the author of the very popular program: Muscle Building for a Lean Hollywood Look.
In addition, Moore is also author of Visual Impact for Women, which is designed to help women develop a slim feminine physique without packing on muscle.
I personally love all of Moore’s products because of the high level of depth, and step-by-step instruction he provides for achieving your particular fitness goals.
Insanity – By now, almost everyone has heard of Insanity. This program has emerged as one of the top cardio and conditioning routines for incinerating fat, building muscle, and doing it all without expensive gym equipment.
P90X – P90X is the brother of Insanity, and has proven to be just as effective. P90X is better suited for cardio training beginners, and people who have limited time to workout. Generally, each cardio workout takes about 30-45 minutes to complete, and you will burn massive calories.
